They have evolved their techniques and training programs over time which has enabled them to develop their weaknesses and become as well rounded as possible, making them as fit as possible and ready for the unknown. getting in shape at home in your garage or in your backyard are not impossible but it takes hard work, motivation and good programming. The SMITH’s GARAGE offers time tested, proven programming for anyone at ANY level of fitness. Whether you’re looking for ideas on improving strength, fitness, gymnastics, or strategy, this programming is for you. Daily workouts, gymnastics skills, strength cycles, endurance workouts, and much more are available with “The Smith's Garage” membership. These workouts are designed for a duration of 20 minutes and offer “equipment-less” options for those who lack adequate training facilities. Our Story

Welcome to The Smith Bro's Garage 

We offer a Fitness Program that is fun, effective, and affordable. Our mission is to eliminate any and all excuses or obstacles one may face in following and executing a good workout program. We do this by...

1) Offering programming that can be completed in 20 minutes or less AND some tracks can be completed without ANY equipment. 
2) We offer unique programming from some of the most experienced CrossFit Athletes and coaches on the planet.  
3) We offer 6 different tracks you can pick from for the day. (learn more about those tracks above)
4) We've created an online community that we hope will come to motivate and communicate with each other. We offer our programming through an app that delivers our programming right to your phone. Through that app you can compare scores, record times (to track progress), and view coaches videos and description for specific workouts!

All Tracks available with your Smiths Bros Membership

Not every session is meant to be completed. Complete at your own pace, everyone's fitness goals are different. Pick which track/tracks work best for YOU. 
 
1) Fit - 20 Minutes or less (6x/week)
2) Strength - 20 minutes or less (6x/week)
3)Gymnastics - 30 minutes or less (3x/week)
4)Endurance - varies (3x/week)
5) Fit (No equipment) - 20 minutes or less (6x/week)
6) Core - 5-10 minutes a day (6x/week)

As a father of twins, full time firefighter, and Coach at CrossFit Krypton I cannot stress the importance of finding a good program to follow that works for you. I spent way too much time trying to program for myself and eventually burnt myself out because I didn't have the time. I am so excited to kick start this program with my brothers. We all have our strengths and weaknesses when it comes to pretty much everything in life and in fitness. But my weakness is one of my other brothers strengths and vise versa. Together I think we can put together one heck of a program and build an awesome online community to help motivate you day in and day out. We have been involved in fitness and athletics together ever since I can remember, and I'm so excited we get to expand our fitness family to you all! I hope to see you guys on the team soon!
