Why should I log my scores on Beyond the Whiteboard?
You guys need to be keeping track of times and weights you used for workout for a few reasons! 1) So we can keep and track our progress. I will be occasionally retesting workouts so we can see how much our fitness level has improved! 2) We will be giving out rewards for members who track a certain amount of workouts . You’ll have to see what it is when you get there! So please track workouts and interact will other members on BTWB!
What order should I complete the workouts in?
First off... The workouts are going to be different for each persons individualized goals. Our recommendation is to always complete the FIT track first! We want you to have more intensity going into the fit workout so you can get the most out of it. After that, there are an abundance of options to choose from. If you're interested in building more strength, we have go that for you. If you're interested in learning some gymnastics skills we have also got that! And not to mention endurance workouts! All of these are not meant to be completed but our recommendation is always to complete the FIT first!
Do You guys offer Warm Ups?
Yes! We have workout specific warm ups for our Fit workouts EVERY DAY!
Do the coaches do the workouts?
Yes, Dane does every single 'FIT' workout a week ahead of you guys. Alec does the Gymnastics programming. And Most of the workouts programed are derived from a select few of the workouts Ben completes throughout his week.
If I do not have any machines or any room to run how do I sub those movements?
We will usually have a sub on beyond the whiteboard for you. If that still doesn’t help, reach out and message us. We will always respond as fast as we can.
When are workouts released?
Workouts are released every Sunday afternoon/night on Beyond The Whiteboard and SugarWOD.
Where can we talk about the workouts with other members?
You guys can talk about workouts on Beyond The Whiteboard. You can also log and track your workouts and see other members who have submitted their scores! Make sure you join our members only Facebook page for videos and conversations about the workout of the day.
If I need to scale or substitute a movement and I do not see an option for me how do I contact you guys?
Reach out to us first and foremost by messaging us on Instagram so you can get a quick reply! We will answer any and all questions you guys have! *Last Note!
