Tracks We Offer

FIT

A classic CrossFit/Functional workout of the day. If you go hard enough this will be enough for the day. This track is for all fitness abilities. We provide scales and movement substitutions if a movement cannot be completed or you simply do not have the equipment necessary to do it. Creativity and thought go into every workout and there’s a daily workout brief for every one. We've got Moms, Dads, Athletes, Grandparents, Kids... you name it, following this track. You get out what you put into it. Our coaching staff and community is here to motivate you every step of the way. Our NO EQUIPTMENT Track is programmed in relation to our "Fit" track. Meaning that you do not need any equipment at all to complete our No Equipment track but you will still get a good workout in regardless. 

Strength/Pump  

This is 20 minutes of functional bodybuilding and strength work focusing on different muscle groups every day. You won’t breath as heavy but you will be feeling good afterwards. The main focus is to gain muscle mass in the shortest amount of time necessary to do so. This program can be an add-on to a current exercise program you’re already following. Or if you only have 20 minutes to run out in the garage and do something real quick (we’ve all been there) this is perfect for you. Even if you have a gym membership to somewhere else, this track is a perfect compliment to any program you’re following.

Gymnastics

We're excited about this one... This unique track is available only to Smith Bros Garage Members and is programmed by Alec Smith. Alec is known for his dominance in Gymnastics specific events throughout his CrossFit career. Alec has coached and competed in gymnastics for a good amount of his life.  We are offering 3 Gymnastics specific workouts a week to our members. These workouts include improving specific gymnastics related skills such as Hand Stand Walking, Pull-Ups, Muscle Ups, ect... Sound intimidating? Its not, this is probably the most rewarding track of them all if you stick with it! If you're not interested in this kind of stuff just follow the other tracks ;) 


Endurance

We run 3x a week at varied intervals and intensity’s... We also program 3 additional either row, bike, or ski workouts. if you’ve got the extra time or want to take a day to jog it out this track is perfect to get you moving. There will be one easy strain, one moderate strain, and one hard strain endurance workout a week. 

Core

Core workouts are offered EVERY DAY (6x/week). Core workouts can be done wherever whenever, with no equipment required. Core workouts are vital for good back health, strength, and looking good! :) Alec and Dane will be programming these workouts for you. 

Overview

Now I know what you’re thinking, “That’s A lot of programs… how am I possibly going to fit all of that into my week!?” We did not create this program for you to complete every single track every single week. We created it so you have options based off of your specific fitness needs and goals. Our daily Fit workouts should be the main focus for members wanting to gain overall fitness. Any other track we offer would just be an add on to the day. Another advantage of us breaking our workouts and tracks up would be time management. We know a lot of people out there only have 20-30 minutes a day to warm-up, workout, and get back to their lives. Our coaches have gone through that themselves with full time jobs and kids to they understand. Our daily FIT workout is PLENTY if you bring intensity into your workout that day. If it happens to be a day where you have a bit of extra time you can add on a few of the other tracks we offer. If you want to take a rest day from the FIT workout from the day and go on a run we’ve got endurance options for you. The combinations and options are limitless. A little bit of everything specifically designed and programmed so you can get the most out of the time you spend in the gym/garage.
